FOTD as in food of the day, not face of the day 😀
Tried this egg benedict at Cafe Batavia today and oh my, it was delish.
It came with some kind of crab cake, smoked salmon, and topped with caviar. Not the typical egg benedict, but I love it.
What I love about egg benedict is that moment when you cut through the egg and you see the runny yolk. *nom nom*
I’m drooling now just thinking about it.
